We have been looking for something that shows what our staff were doing in our shop admin. Staffy support is amazing as well - and the app itself is really easy to get started. Looking forward to connect the payroll and scheduling as well.

really helpful app for anyone that is more than a solopreneur and has a VA staff. helpful to track our employees, pay them (with PayPal), and keep them productive. way better method than google sheets we were using.

Hanna is great at customer service however the app itself can be very slow letting employees clock in and in the short amount of time I have used it needs to be rebooted often which can be a issue if I am not in the store at the time, leads to me needing to manually edit time clocks on a regular basis.
Thanks for the feedback! 🙂 Unfortunately, the loading time is an issue on the Shopify's POS app itself (and happens with all the POS apps), BUT - we're happy to announce that we'll be taking part with Shopify's upcoming POS update that will solve this for good 🙂

Peter was super helpful with answering many questions that I had regarding charges and where to find billing info. He was patient and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. We communicated using the chat feature and was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't stuck chatting with a bot. Overall, using the EasyTeam app has been straight forward and easy to integrate with our Shopify POS. Would recommend!
Daniel in customer service was brilliant to liaise with and offered so much support to myself being a new member.

There is a glitch when you tap the clock in tile on Shopify POS it logs in to the admin/owners Shopify dashboard with full owner permission to edit everything like staff permissions, see all sales activity, etc just by tapping alone it is the most dangerous security breach I contacted them they are aware of this issue.

That app saves us TONS of time. The support is amazing and you can tell their team really cares, specially Daniel! We installed it for couple of our stores to manage employees.
We're using the app mostly for scheduling and tasks management, to understand what our employees are doing.
Waiting for the Xero / Quickbooks integrations so we can export the salaries directly to there.
