The Replay app is great and they provide really helpful customer service which is so appreciated. The copying service is excellent too and very easy to navigate around. The app works really well and we highly recommend it to others.

This application and there backup aplication are fantastic. They're a Canadian based compny so you're assured of information privacy. Keep in mind there's a couple of things that this app does not copy such as template config. But this can easily be done by uploading the images. Also the website menu will have to be set up again but that's it :)
We used the app to copy our store and it just happened that they had a small technical glitch while we were trying to do that and kept running into issues. Sarah was super helpful and explained the glitch and what that meant for what we were trying to achieve and then she helped us out by copying some pages manually and making the needed changes herself, while keeping us updated on what she was doing and asking for feedback. We really appreciated that and are very satisfied with their service.

I used this app to copy the whole webpage as I needed to create additional one for another market! It made my life way easier!!
We use this app to copy over all products from our retail store to our trade store. The app can deselect certain things, so for us we deselect price because our prices are different between stores. This works seamlessly and quickly when a new product is added or changed. So far had no issues and we have 5000+ products. I’ve reached out a couple of times to the support and had quick and helpful responses.
