Unfortunately, anything related to APIs is not in their area of expertise. You would think since this app is a locator app, they would have more knowledge resolving API issue, but they were not able to help resolve any issues. I managed to resolve my own issue. Creating a store and indexing addresses is another problem. It will not "Find Store" based on the addresses you provide. I have had to ...

It's okay. I've found less expensive apps with better functionality. They all use the Google API. Many of my stores wouldn't load correctly.

Seems pretty buggy. After trying to import, I noticed the plugin imported my stores twice, so I deleted all stores and tried to import again only to have the importer timeout. I'm going on try #3 right now...

decided to remove the plugin after multiple more errors and no response from support
