A lot of bugs in this app and very complicated to make it work properly. It does conflict with a lot of other apps as well. The e-mail sent by Secomapp to the store is very basic and doesn't show discounts nor the cart total.

We rated 3 stars till the support reply to our emails and tickets .. we installed the store pick up and even free gifts app both paid and where so happy we found them ... but like other website owners who have little coding and html experience we could ot make it work and have some bugs 3 days and support does no respond to our support tickets all they send us is more application to install

The issue happens because your shop used custom ajax cart which conflicts with our Store Pickup app. ...

There is some misunderstanding because of the email connection issue. The CS is polite and responsible.
In terms of usage, there are two problems pending fix:
1. The app can't function when when checkout 2. The discount code function is disabled because of the app We hope to find solutions soon

In theory this app would be great. Setup was reasonably easy and the user interface is nice. However, there are some fundamental flaws that are out of Secomapp's control and are Shopify checkout limitations. The app uses Javascript in the Google Analytics extra script to try to hide the shipping options during checkout that are not applicable to the customer based on whether they chose Shipping ...

I'm hoping there is a way that if there is no location within 100 miles that we would only allow the the customer to have the items shipped. I tested out of the box and it doesn't offer this. We have about 100 locations where someone can pickup our products but don't necessarily have a driving location within 100 miles in some areas. I tried to do this with Zapiet and they couldn't do it either. ...

Pretty easy to use, but has reverted back to default settings once.. Hopefully only the once! Also, needs to have more settings options - you can't offer more details to customers if needed (order confirmation, what to do next etc.). Otherwise, reasonably easy to use.
