I must admit this is the best app I have downloaded for my store. It gives me a detailed insight into what a customer is doing whilst in the store. It's also kind of addictive lol.

I was one of the first ones to get the app when it was free for a limited time and I am glad I found it, but I will pay $3 any day to have it. Definitely recommended.

I love the fact that this app shows you exactly who abandoned their cart, when and at what point they left. Highly recommend getting this app for your store and best of all it’s free.

Using this app took me from a 0.8% conversion rate to 3.6 on average per month. I love how this app gives you granular details on a user journey - giving you insights to be able to be able to test and implement CRO across the site. I LOVE this app & highly recommend it to anyone who wants to understand their users on a deeper level and help drive that conversion rate up!

I love the app and the service is great.

This is one of the apps I am Most reliant on as a business owner. Having the ability to see which items were added to cart allows me to know which items to put in flash sale and how to better price items to get them to

I actually found this app via Reddit lol. I gave it a shot and immediately loved it. Why? It does something Shopify does NOT. Not only does it tell me what customers are abandoning their carts. It also tells me what products their adding to their cart and how far they get into the checkout process; adding address, selecting shipping method, and more! The app neatly groups the customers actions together and tells the time of the action. I am glad I found this app :)

Great app to recap what is going on behind the scenes. We get a daily summary early every morning. Very helpful!

I tried this app a couple of months ago and it was showing incorrect information so I uninstalled it. The developers reached out to say the app has been improved and having tried it again, they've definitely massively improved it and it's now showing accurate information. It's cheaper than some alternatives and gives valuable insights, so I'm keeping it this time. Keep up the good work!
