The team were extremely helpful. I had accidently deleted all store listings on my store locator. The team helped to restore all my listings. This was going to take me hours re entering my customer locations. rangings and contact details. Thank you so much.

I like the design of the app. However, the support is really poor.

I have been a pro client of this app for 5 years. The app was working in the first 4 years. Then, out of blue, the store locator collapsed.

i recently reported the issue to the tech support. the support restored the locator page, but skewed the header of my site while the locator is not showing the relevent stores after entering zip code, and the locator is exceedingly slow-the turning circle on the map keeps turning non stop and refused to show the relevent result.

when i reached out to them, they replied without addressing the issue of skewing the header of my site, and in terms of the locator, they said "you added this section to the Store locator page, it caused a conflict with our app".

First, this section had been working on my locator page and the locator was working fine for at least 3 years.
Second, after removing this section that has been the locator is still not working.

the header of my site is still compressed and visitors can see only half of the logo and can't log in.

The attitude of their tech support is to blame users instead of solving problems.

An app is only valuable if it works.

I give this app a 1 star because i do think its design and intended function is promising. the missing stars are for the sudden stop of working of the app, the poor tech support, and the still dysfunction of the app on my site.

I have contacted customer service multiple times but have not received any meaningful assistance. Instead of addressing my question, they simply repeated the same response. I also never received a follow-up when I asked additional questions.
