The staff are a great help and pretty quick as the app is okay but comes with limitations that are not explained properly at the outset. Its pretty good but you have to make some work a round's which seem simple but would have thought they could have had it covered. Haven't used it yet but will submit an update when i do.

A lot more simpler than other apps and the support staff (Delaram) was really helpful getting us up and running with a few custom pieces so that everything look juuuuust right. Consider us subbed to Subify for the foreseeable future!

Subify support is super responsive and super helpful. I needed to achieve something which isn't a built-in feature (yet) and they custom coded it for me right there and then!

I am reviewing on customer service not on the app just yet. Stella was helping me and she made everything easy and understandable and she was quite knowledgeable with access to remove old code from other apps. I previously used the BOLD app which is complete $#!+ compared to the old version of BOLD which is why I had to make the switch. We do about a quarter of a million dollars in sales every year so having the right subscription app is VERY IMPORTANT. I hope Subify can do the job and I have faith that it can. Thank you again Stella for getting my groove back!
