AMAZING customer service!! This app isn't easy to figure out at times, and anytime I needed a question answered, or simply reassurance knowing I was doing things correctly, I had someone answering me quickly. Even at 10 PM at night! It's nice knowing that even when you're working your small business later in the evening, someone is there to help you out, and you don't have to wait until the next day to get answers. Can't wait to launch my subscription using Subify!

Support was awesome to help me through the setup and helped me with adjustments so that Subify really blends in with our Theme. We had many questions and all of them got answered; thanks @Nareh

I love the way it fully integrates with Shopify, it is smooth to use and just works.

Love this app. I do wish that I could export the information that I need on my own BUT anytime i have needed anything they helped me ASAP. Nareh had my export to me in minutes and was very kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend this

I can really recommend the app. The support is easy to reach and they are very straightforward. I was able to make my wishes for the widget design and they were adjusted afterwards.

The subscription feature is also easy to use. Once you take a few minutes, it's pretty easy.

Ich kann die App wirklich empfehlen. Der Support ist gut zu erreichen und sie sind sehr unkompliziert. Ich konnte meine Wünsche für das Widget Design anbringen und sie wurden danach angepasst.

Auch die Abo Funktion ist einfach zu handhaben. Sobald man sich ein paar Minuten nimmt, ist es ziemlich einfach.

It a good service. Not perfect, but really nothing is yet, and they are working hard to make it excellent. I still gave it a 5 star review because their customer service (chat) is superb. I've tried a couple other Shopify apps for managing subscriptions and like Subify the best.

Melika went OVER & BEYOND for me today, especially considering that I am on the free plan! She helped with customizing my widget to match my business and theme colors! Sooo satisfied with my customized widget and Melika answered all of my questions and even offered my a GREAT discount for the upgraded plan. I really appreciate their customer service! A++!! SO glad I downloaded this app! Easy on my end and will be easy for my customers in making changes on their end. Just wish the free version also had customer access to change delivery dates - but I'm sure in due time Subify will have that available as well. Thank you much!

After checking a couple of options for a suscription App, I choose that one and so far I can tell I'm very surprised of how easy it is to set it up. What I appreciated the most was the Narge's help for every little detail. She offered me many aesthetically implementation so the design would look nice on the website. I'm very pleased with my experience so far !!

The customer service you will receive is outstanding. if you have a question or query about something there is always someone there to help and answer asap.
The app is developing all the time and they have just added the option to reschedule a subscription yourself rather than the customer which I think is a great feature. Highly recommend.

Subify has been incredible to work with. I've used all of the other subscription apps and Subify by far has been the easiest and best to work with. Even though they are new I think that has allowed them to come in and already be more innovative than the competitors. The pricing is great as well!
