Migration took longer than expected due to legacy issues we had with our theme and various old apps we had installed.

The team did work with us closely to resolve issues encountered every step along the way.

There are features that were required features we were missing along the way and most of them were released within 2-3 weeks and some have not been implemented. Overall, the app dashboard is easy to use and the live chat is prompt in responding to queries as well.

Our previous app is closing, so we chose Subify to be our next subscriptions app. Seller support is responsive and very helpful, especially during subscriber data migration.

Subify by Shopify makes setting up subscription products a breeze on your Shopify store. While it's user-friendly and effective for managing subscriptions, I found it lacked integration with ActiveCampaign, our marketing platform. Despite this, its seamless subscription creation makes it a solid choice for Shopify merchants seeking hassle-free management. Efficient and kind support team.

If you are switching over from Subbly, or need help with migrating your customers, please don't waste your time on this app. I am so sorry, the service is run by bots & its actually really sad that this is my first bad review I have ever left. I hope it helps another business owner make a better choice... go with another app.
