My review is regarding customer service. I had quite a complicated issue - it wasn't any fault of Subliminator - that had me going backwards and forwards between Shopify and Subliminator customer services. I began to lose hope of ever getting it fixed until the CEO of Subliminator got involved. He listened to what I had to say and resolved it in 15 minutes, to everyone's satisfaction. To say I was relieved and impressed is an understatement. Fantastic service.

So. I've been contacted by their founder and we have a good conversation and manage to settle my issues. I change my rating from 1 star to 5 star because we have the conversation after all. Doing business with the supplier without support is not the way someone will do the business but here at subliminator, I am very appreciated that the founder directly contact me to solve my issues.
