This app is continuously making improvements with the platform and as such the tech support team is able and eager to help. UPDATE: We greatly appreciate the help from Vinse across multiple brands which we have. Without him we would still be spinning our wheels!

Many thanks to Alex G. I had a problem with taxation in the app that I could not solve. Alex responded quickly to my emails, she was clear, she was friendly and helpful and she gave me confidence that my problem could be resolved when I was worried. ReCharge's workflows are incredibly robust -- but VERY sensitive. I was going insane trying to figure it out myself, but Dalia from live chat spent 1.5 hours with me sorting it all out. She was AMAZING. Not a single detail was missed. EVERY STONE WAS TURNED. So polite. So helpful. And yes... we FINALLY cracked the code (thanks to her). If you don't have the chat functionality of ReCharge... it's worth every penny.
