Great app, easy to use and customize, and it was a big improvement over a competitors app we were using. The best part, the support is always responsive and friendly!
I would like to review my support worker - Matt A. He did an awesome job getting back to me immediately so I could fix my problem right away and not have a back and forth for days. He also went above and beyond and took the time to make some videos and gifs so I could see what he was talking about and understand it visually. It really helped me understand how to fix my error and learn in the process. Matt is awesome!

I used this app to add a subscription box to my puzzle website. It's easy to integrate, easy for customers to use and maintain their information, and ReCharge provides excellent customer service.
We had a problem with some product variants and emailed the support at Recharge. Meredith took over and after some explanations of what the problem was from our site... she just solved it, in under an hour. It takes days for other apps' developers to respond to support requests, but we know that when you use Recharge for your subscriptions, not only does everything work automatically but their support is top-notch! Thanks Meredith!
Zach and Bryan and the rest of the team that helped us migrate over, have been great to work with! It only took me a few weeks to migrate over! You just need to stay on top of both your old app and new app and make sure your .csv is staying up-to-date on two platforms side-by-side. Tedious? Yes! Especially if you don't know what you are doing. However, they explain everything and response time is FAST! Once we migrated over, small little issues arose but those were handled just as fast! After migration, I realized that my current Shopify theme wasn't looking too great and needed help switching themes. Well, once again, contacted Recharge and BOOM! - Bryan and his team helped me with integrating our new theme and adding the necessary widgets/links. Having the Recharge subscription app is like having a Mercedes Benz with their Top of the Line Service providers - making sure all the bells and whistles are working at Top Performance. Keep in mind we are a small company too! Recharge could have easily put us on the back burner knowing we aren't going to be making them much money anytime soon. (I know other apps that do this!) Best app for recurring subscriptions. The user interface is great and the staff is always available to help
We have used this app since we opened our Shopify store in 2019. We use a different subscription model than most, which has led us to a few bumps in the road. However, Paul Hughes has been the absolute best at getting us the solutions we need to overcome these issues. We continue to grow our business and ReCharge helps us become more efficient as we do.

We needed a way to manage our growing subscription business with our Shopify store and landed on ReCharge. As with all integrations, there are things to learn and watch out for - make sure to sync your products and test any changes(!) - but that is usually just par for the course for IT projects. The team at ReCharge has been very responsive to our requests for technical assistance and also have resources providing input on general strategy and opportunities to improve customer experience, which we don't usually see from other Shopify third-party app providers. We're still learning and customizing our setup, but so far things are looking good!
