I was fed up today trying to learn how to manage our new Shopify store to teach our customers how to manage it. After hours on chats with other APPs I finally made it to Recharge to help with subscriptions. Irving O was so helpful and quick to help. I was frustrated and did not know how to change a setting and he did it for me and fixed my problems in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience.

We've had Recharge for about a year now. It was a bit of a bumpy start, but it app works so well, and really adds value and convenience for our customers - and saves a ton of time for our customer service team so they're not constantly fixing glitches. We migrated from Bold Subscriptions (v1), because we needed to migrate anyway, and we used this as an opportunity to see how the other big subscription players worked.
Recharge has some very nice features for both gifting as well as managing the subscriptions. The UI is intuitive and thoughtful.
Hoa - our implementation engineer - was super organized and thorough to get our data migrated into their app, and get us through our first subscription renewal cycle.
