Spent a significant amount of time searching out the perfect subscription app for us as we plan to scale significantly, and I wanted to make sure I partnered with the right company. ReCharge has exceeded my expectations - the support they give throughout the onboarding experience has been fantastic. It's also a very good app in terms of being able to customize it (significant customizations require a shopify expert, but the fact that almost anything can be done if you want it, is a HUGE plus). Highly recommend so far! Also extra kudos to Duncan and Alona who have supported me throughout the onboarding - they are great!
There's a reason Recharge is one of the main subscription apps for Shopify. The new checkout integration works great and the developer docs and support team are very helpful.
I had a question about pausing payments, as we're launching our subscriptions prior to actually fulfilling them. Gabriel on the customer service team was incredibly helpful in giving me work around options.
Bryan has been absolutely amazing to deal with while helping me set up Recharge for my business. The app is hands down the best of the market.
Set up was easy, it was a good experience overall with support! I am not sure if it was the quick way we turned the product around but our support/launch call did not come till after product had already gone live. Overall though great experience.
