I was reluctant to sign up to Recharge at first because of the higher price vs the lower priced subscription management apps available, however I have to say this is already proving extremely valuable.

Overall, this app functions well and serves the purpose of providing subscription options for our products. Tech support is always helpful and responds quickly. It would be nice if products updated automatically instead of having to manually sync. Some customers have had trouble logging in and editing their subscriptions, especially on mobile devices. We just launched Recharge on our store and it was not easy because of our ERP system. We had to tweak the migration plan due to this but Vinse Ridecour has helped us so much and the launch was successful. We're not in love with the ReCharge app. It's a bit non-intuitive and wonky for customers to easily make changes. Seems most can not figure out how to log in to their accounts. The Recharge team has proven very useful when running through the features and implementation of the app on our website. Support gets back to us quickly and so far everything has been working without problems. Very satisfied.

There are a few Apps on the market that provide subscription options for customers that you can plug into your website. Recharge is the only one I have found that allows my customer to decide when they want their subscription to renew rather than them being forced into a date that does not work for them , which provides great customer retention for me and service to my customers.
