I'm yet to go live with my Recharge subscription, but I have been working with it for the last month to get things set-up in the back end. My use case is a little more complex than most, as I am selling a digital product on a monthly basis. I have used Recharge and Klaviyo to set this all up and am really happy with how it's working. The integration with the 2 apps was smooth and the team at Recharge have been fantastic during this set-up process. I have reached out a number of times for very specific things I needed help with and the responses have always been great and very helpful - and also very quick. I now have my subscription set up exactly how I wanted and feel confident that when I launch everything should work well.
Amazing customer support. Easy integration. Can't speak more highly of Recharge compared to other competitors.
Added this because I needed subscription services in Shopify. Seems quite powerful and comprehensive. For a startup it was good that I did not have to commit to a monthly fee and instead will pay a percentage of subscription sales. Had to add some code manually to enable customers to manage existing subscriptions, but the instructions were easy to follow. Also had a problem relating to adding one-time purchases to subscriptions. The Recharge support team resolved it same day. Overall I'm satisfied.

Great customer service but you need to look at the fees/transaction of the app before choosing your right price for your subscription because they take a big amount
We use this app to manage our subscriptions and while it is mostly awesome, the response time from the service team is definitely lacking. It can take days to get a response to simple inquiries or even when trying to upgrade service or support.
We recently acquired a new line of business and needed to migrate their legacy subscriptions into our own Recharge account leveraging Shopify. Our implementation engineer, Vinse Ridenour, was absolutely tremendous. He was knowledgeable, detailed, professional, and always provided answers to all our questions. He proactively ensured our migration was a complete success. A shining example of the caliber of talent supporting the Recharge platform and their customer base.

The support was very helpful. The support team's response quickly provided responses and solutions to my question.
We had a few problems with this app and only used it for subscriptions. It kept missing subscriptions, and then the customer thought they had cancelled, and then recharged them the following month so the customer did not know where they were coming or going!
Due to the advertised price hike of the standard price going up to $99 PER MONTH we can no longer afford to use the subscription service. We were paying between $15 and $25 per month depending on subscription numbers.
As subscription box margins are tight, we can no longer afford this service and will be looking elsewhere.
