We've been with Recharge for over 5 years now since the very beginning when I was a solo bootstrapped founder packing boxes in my living room in NYC. Recharge and its team are amazing! I was an early adopter and have gone through changes with them, most recently with the new integration to Shopify check out. Not only are they amazing communicators, they actually know what they’re doing! I cannot stress how valuable Recharge has been for my small business. I chatted with Irving and he did his special magic to process an order that I was having trouble with in Recharge. He even explained what had happened to cause the error, so it won't happen again. Now my customer is super happy and that makes me happy! :)
