Recharge has caused me some issues over the years, but their support team really kicks butt. They've gone above and beyond to help make sure my issues have been corrected. I've been using their system for 4ish years now and I highly recommend them

Really appreciate the support I received from Max! I sent an email to support and within 35 minutes Max was on it. Max was very personable and helped me to troubleshoot my issues, and he made sure he resolved all my issues before closing my inquiry.

As a subscription system, the app performs fine. We are always on the hunt for a new system because Recharge's support leaves a lot to be desired. First, do not pay for enhanced support. It is no different from what is built in. When you do finally communicate with support, you will be gaslit approximately 3 times before they acknowledge that the problem exists. There are many bugs that cause my customers repeat orders not to go through each month and I can never understand and take ages to try to figure each problem out, I hope this will be improved soon, although the I'm very happy with the customer service

Received good support with an issue after custom theme install which solved my problem very quickly. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because a little bit of code was left on a theme file which I had to clean up. Other than that a very positive experience.
