This app is the absolute best!!!! The customer service is absolutely amazing!!!
Customer service representative Nena helped fixed a huge issue with my store at 2-3 am, super fast response, she needs a raise! Never had such a great experience with customer service like this. Recharge is user friendly and the best out of all ive tried.

Found out that Recharge has SMS integration to them. So I tried and it's working pretty well despite the minor hitch on setting up, which Jovanah, their customer service representative, helped me with, and in no time I was able to get things going! Great service! Kudos!

We've been using Recharge for a few years now, and it has made our subscription business sing. Recently, we worked with Nick at E-shop Genius on some modifications to our site, and he was a dream to work with as well. He was responsive, understood our needs, and executed the work quickly. App really works well for us. It can be a bit fiddly but he support is great. The friendly Byron C helped us when we had some trouble and now it's working smoothly again. Recommended.

ReCharge allowed us to setup a monthly subscription to our PDF pattern offer. The cost is not negligible, but the service is on point, no other app offers the same level of functionality. Also, the customer service never disappointed us, they always responded quickly and managed to solve our issues. (Shout out to Nikola who just helped us on a huge problem, which turned out to be our fault)
