We run into a decent amount of issues with the app itself, but the support team is fantastic. Any issue I have had with Recharge has been solved quickly and professionally by the support staff!

The system works fine, but updating existing subscriptions is annoyingly difficult. The help files need to be rewritten and aimed at 'mum and dad' users (which I would imagine would be the bulk of your clients) and clearly step by step explain the process.
