We have been using Recharge for 2 years and we are very happy with it, Recharge is really great app for subscription management. It provides almost all tools for you to customize the experience and has support for password-less login which can useful when you need it.
In addition to being a great app we like their customer service a lot, when we needed help very first time Irving O helped us carefully and we could be able to resolve the problem in a couple of hours!

Our Shopify store have been using Recharge for a long time now, even before I took over as the team's e-coms guy. I've just gotten the Recharge team to switch us to the new checkout system and it's been great, so it's the right time for me to drop a review! It's easier for me to control, and it's a new clean look on our order confirmation pages. Customer service was amazing, thanks to Mariah and team!

We migrated back to ReCharge after a poor experience with one of the new subscription apps. Our Implementation Engineer, John, was phenomenal in getting us set up. The process entire migration process was thorough and transparent.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.
The most unethical billing practices and they don't even realize.
They charge a % of the TOTAL REVENUE of orders that contains a subscription product. so if someone buys a $500 one-time product + a $5 subscription, then recharge will charge you the merchant 1.25% of THE ENTIRE ORDER, so that $5 subscription is now eaten up by the $7 recharge fee. It's borderlina scamming and we're shocked how they get away with this - looked recharge up on twitter too and it seems like all your merchants are furious about this and changing to Skio or other providers too. I don't understand how you can't see how messed up it is to bill merchants like this...
Recharge has been a good app. There have been a few tiny glitches but the suppport team has been very timely with quick fixes and good communication.
If there were something to improve upon, more UX testing with "normal" users on customer side. Some of our customers are able to manage their subscriptions easily, but we still have a number who are confused and we help with our support team.
