Jaden specifically has made the experience from transferring Recharge to Shopify checkout an absolute breeze. Jaden was extremely communicative, technically skilled and patient. I feel so lucky to have been assigned Jaden at time of transfer. I seriously couldn't ask for better support.

We've been using this app for over a year and it has helped increase our customer subscriptions and customer retention. Their support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever there were questions or issues with troubleshooting.
We've been very happy with the stability of the subscription engine and particularly the support we've gotten from them. Lately when having to open a UK storefront due to Brexit we had the most amazing support even during the last two days before Christmas and long after office hours. I am very grateful for this level of concern for us as a customer.
