TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible customer service, and horrible product. Crashed multiple times a week, and clients were then unable to check out. Multiple day wait times to hear from back from customer service. This has happened to my website now 6 times, and they have failed to provide any help or reasoning behind it. Would not recommend this product to anymore.

I wish I could give this app 1/2 a star. Initially, app worked as expected - but over the last year, we have experienced key functionality failures. My business missed out on thousands of dollars that were supposed to be auto-charged by this app and despite the date being set... it did not charge the customers. Recharge is the only app I've given a 1 star review. For starters, when an update to our theme was made, Recharge simply stopped taking in any new customers. We were fooled because older subscriptions were coming in daily. We found out a couple months later, shame on us. We most likely lost 100 subscribers valued at $80/mo. The app used to be impressive, we have been using it for some time, but today we received an email outlining the new pricing that we will be required to pay starting next year: $99 per month. This exorbitant price tag is simply unaffordable, making it difficult for us to survive. And to have the gall to also continue/increase the transaction fee at the same time.

Over priced and taking too much from their customers. If you are a small business trying to scale steer away!! High monthly fees, as well as fees per transaction and an extremely slow analytics system to go with it.
