This app is very easy to use and install. I like the ease it which it integrates with the Shopify app and I can turn on subscriptions in a snap. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is the notifications piece so that I know when someone pushes back a subscription or not, but I'm sure all I have to do is contact the helpful customer service team. The customer service is AWESOME - super fast and responsive. I highly recommend Recharge even if just for the customer service team that provides support.

Customer service has been great and the move to the integrated Shopify checkout is a lifesaver! A huge part of our business is subscriptions and this fits the bill.

I've been using this app in my store for over 2 years now and I couldn't be happier. Not only does the app do exactly what it claims to do, but their support is incredible. I had a bad experience with a developer who caused some issues with my existing subscriptions and Recharge support worked tirelessly to fix it. If you're looking for an amazing subscription app with great support - look no further.

The app itself is not always user friendly when you want to make even simple changes to notifications or how the app interfaces with your theme. It helps to have a developer to reach out to. If you've already got one you'll be fine because the actual functionality and options available for your specific needs are plenty and generally easy to understand. The support team has been really helpful in getting any of my concerns solved or questions answered. We haven't gone live yet but we will be this week as the last few adjustments are now done thanks to Milenas help.

Update:
With a lot of new features like bundles you have much more flexibility than before but it can also make explaining your setup to the team a bit more confusing. Be as clear as you can and send examples. The support is fantastic.
It's what makes recharge stand apart from the crowd. They also keep adding more and more features so your options are continually opening up. It's great to have them helping out behind the scenes.
