Subscription plus has been a dream to use and our customers love it, I personally love the simplicity and the functionality of this app its very uncomplicated. Our customers enjoy the set and forget style of subscription as we sell wholesale beauty supplies this makes their lives as business owners a little easier.

We have been using this app for about 18 months it was very easy to install and use, from our back end though to the customer interface and website integration with product pages. There are some limitations on customization of the look of the app within the product page but easy to fit any brand and theme. The customer service from HULK apps the creator has always been fantastic and top notch, recently I tried to access some information about customer email notifications prior to the subscription charge and Nitesh was so helpful in teaching me how to find this information and modify it for future reference. He truly went the extra mile and took the time to understand what it was I was looking to achieve.

We switched from another app that was clunky and difficult to navigate, I new when I saw this option from HULK it was going to be a breeze we use other apps they have created for our store.

We recently updated the theme and had an issue with the app. Customer support was very responsive. They fixed it for us within a few minutes. Highly recommend this app.

Kenan was the service rep that helped me set everything up! And the set up made it so much easier to start using this app. I've been trying different options throughout this week and having to go back and forth between Youtube to set it all up. This was quick and easy.

I did have some trouble setting up this subscription service, but the customer support person was more than able to help and resolve my issues. I love the fact that I can set this subscription service up as a one-time purchase as well - this allows customers to try one of my subscription kits without having to commit to a monthly subscription. I highly recommend this app!
