So far I am enjoying tinkering around with the app and just creating an online store. The online store is very easy to use, and it's very simple to learn how to utilize all the tools the online store has to offer. The integration with Shopify as well was extremely easy to do. So far, I have developed my own little shop. Now comes the best part, advertising. The one thing that other manufacturers offer is variety in protein supplements, that gives them a good edge over this app. Even I myself find myself between alternating between different brands because one might do something better than the other. For example when it comes to snacks, the brand Quest has a huge variety in protein supplements or snacks. They have bars, cookies, Oreo cookie flavored protein powder, and the best one of all is their protein chips. I am a huge chip guy, so for a company to offer a snack thats normally my go-to but healthier and just as tasty really reels me in. But overall the supplement app is really easy to use and can be done by just about anyone, all that's left is some more variety and thats all!
There are a few things I want to point out...
- goods that are out of stock should be presentable information, it should not be announced after a purchase for that product goes through. Knowing it's going to go out of stock or is out of stock ahead of time saves a lot of trouble
- there should be a quick chat button to get in touch with support via messaging. I have an order that says it requires me to contact the Shopify team but there is no quickly available button to address it right away. There should be a support button that can either initiate a call or initiate a messaging conversation.

A Powerful Tool with Room for Improvement
Having used Supliful on Shopify for the past few months, I've been largely impressed by the quality and versatility this application offers. This application has been a game-changer for our e-commerce business, hence my 4-star rating.
One of the strongest aspects of Supliful is undoubtedly its user-friendly interface. This allows for a seamless integration with Shopify that is quick and painless. It's clear that the developers have put a lot of thought into making the platform as intuitive as possible. Even for those less technically-inclined, the learning curve for mastering the functions of this app is relatively short.
The variety of features available with Supliful is truly commendable. I appreciate the ability to set up multiple products with different attributes easily. The customization options are diverse, allowing for a high level of flexibility in tailoring the products to suit our brand. This is a huge plus for any business seeking to maintain a consistent and unique brand identity.
The customer support team for Supliful also deserves praise. Whenever we've encountered any challenges, their team has been quick to respond, offering clear, detailed, and helpful solutions. However, despite its many strengths, there is one area where I believe Supliful could improve. At the moment, flavor variations for products are treated as separate products within the app. This can lead to a cluttered and potentially confusing display in the store, as well as making inventory management more complex. I would highly recommend that the developers consider updating the app to allow flavor variations to be combined into a single product. This change would significantly enhance the user experience and streamline product management, making Supliful an even more powerful tool for Shopify store owners.
In conclusion, Supliful is a well-designed, feature-rich application that is a boon for any Shopify store. With a few minor improvements, particularly in how it handles product variations, it could easily reach a 5-star rating. Supliful is a great app if you're looking to carry supplements. It really is easy to use, easy to add and easy to customize. I gave it 4 stars for a few VERY SIMPLE reasons. I would like to see more products added (There are under 60 items at the time of this review), I would also like to see maybe 2 mockups without the watermark to help out starting business like myself that can't fully invest in the next tier yet and the final reason is the response time to questions. It wasn't horrible, but I had a pending order and I was in a panic because I didn't know wha to do. BUT, the answer was in the FAQ so its not their fault. But I do want to say that if you are on the fence about these guys, you should just pull the trigger.

C'est très facile a utiliser et l'équipe Supliful est très réactif si toutefois je rencontre des problèmes ou bien si j'ai des questions dont je ne trouve pas la réponse, ils sont toujours la. Je pense que le seul bémol en ce moment ce soit les watermarks sur les produits car je suis sur le plan gratuit et le plan a 49$ ne donne pas vraiment assez d'avantages pour qu'on puisse s'y intéresser. On attend aussi vivement une customisation plus approfondie du produit. Sinon je recommande !

So far so good. This app is fairly new, so some of the quirks are still being worked out. Although the idea is fairly simple and amazing. They take care of all of my products, shipping, and logistics. I only need to worry about marketing. And the integration with Shopify is seamless. But overall, GoldenSupplements.net would not be able to do it without Supliful!

It is so easy and accessible. Great concept and website layout. Designing your own labels with the super easy canva links have been so much fun. The variety of products not only supplements but coffee and workout stuff gives an even wider range of potential customers. The price margins are flexible and great.
