This app is fantastic. I was able to resize and remove the shadowy background from all of my website's photos so quickly and easily. The only thing I found difficult was selecting more than one photo to edit at a time. I was not able to do that so I had to change each photo (dozens of them) one at a time. I also don't like the way the chat function doesn't go away, it blocks the screen. The popup asking for a review is annoying, as it appears before you have a chance to finish what you are doing, but I do appreciate that this is a (sort of) free app... I paid to remove the background image. Thank you for this fantastic solution to Shopify's lack of photo resizing functionality.

It's going ok. Hard to use without paying because boxes and messages pop pf every 3 seconds right when you are in the middle of working on a photo :(

I use this to remove watermark mostly. 3000 products. When the logo is too close to the product (not touching) the app wouldn't recognize correctly and i have to manually correct. Dunno if its faster than doing it one by one. App is laggy at times, swap editor sometimes crashes and I lose track of which page I was in ( I have 3000 products). And it kept fking asking me to leave a review so here you go

It's really really useful, save so much time!! I didn't really know how to use it at the beginning but once spend time learning it, it was more powerful than I thought.

Paid for Full access, lifetime membership...then found out I still had to pay for the background remover. I got a refund very quickly which I appreciate but I now fully understand the reviews on the not so nice customer service..very blunt to say the least.

Given this review, live chat for this app will probably be discontinued soon. It's not worth the criticism, and has never been offered as an entitlement to membership or not. Btw, your money was refunded and you apparently didn't enjoy the fact that I was too busy to keep chatting about other stuff. I don't outsource customer service, because I alone can provide the best technical solutions for users quickly. But if I have to say "Sorry" everytime someone complains about something, its just not worth it!
