Limited Access and Lack of Transparency
Despite the platform promoting access to over 20,000 branded products for dropshipping, our experience has been far from what was promised. When connecting via API, only a limited and unappealing subset of the catalog is made available—typically low-interest items such as socks and underwear—while the majority of desirable products remain inaccessible.
We reached out to support on two separate occasions for clarification, but unfortunately received no clear or actionable response. This lack of transparency and limited product offering severely undermines the value of the service for a business seeking high-quality, diverse inventory.
That said, we must acknowledge that the Guess bags we managed to sell were of impeccable quality, which speaks to the potential of the catalog if more premium products were made accessible.
Given these ongoing issues, we are seriously considering ending our collaboration with the platform.

To clarify, all branded products are available in the section "available products" in the app , but the number you can import in app depends on your plan (e.g., up to 250 products on your current plan). We're working to make this clearer in our documentation and support.
