Unbelievable service. Meghan responded so quickly to my request and was able to custom code the tabs to display on my homepage + product pages. Other tab apps just simply said, "we don't have this function", but she went ahead and went above and beyond to make it happen! Thank you again Meghan!

Hello! The Tabs Studio app does not add, change, or remove any theme code :)

All of the app app functionality is provided via lightweight JavaScript that's loaded asynchronously and is completely separate from the theme.

I just switched over to using Tabs by Station from another Tabs app and I couldn't be happier. Great app and the customer support is phenomenal. I sent off an email with a question and had a response immediatly. I would highly recommend checking out this app if you are considering product tabs for your website.

This app is great! It was easy to follow the directions for set up, I had it reconfigured in 10-15 min, which is quick for someone like me, lol! I'm using the free version right now, but I would upgrade in a quick minute if I needed to because I would pay for what I'm getting now!

Hi! The subscription can easily be cancelled at any time by clicking the 'Downgrade to Free' button from the same ‘Plans’ page that was used to upgrade the plan.

We tried to help but we never received any responses to our emails.

We noticed that you still have the app installed though, so if there’s anything we can do to get it set up and working properly for you then just let us know, we’ll be happy to help!

The tabs were easy to add, but hard to remove. The collapsed accordions were overlapping with Loox reviews, so I had to uninstall. Had to go into the html template to remove all instances of "station", though, because uninstalling doesn't undo changes to the template.

Hi!

We're very sorry to hear of the trouble. Unfortunately, the overlapping issue is caused by the the Brooklyn theme, not our app, so we don't have any control over it. In short, the theme doesn't always calculate the height of the description content properly and that can cause the description to run into the content below it (in this case the Loox reviews). We've seen it happen in shops that don't have our app installed.

The good news is that the fix is as easy as making a small adjustment to the theme code. We've emailed you a collaborator account request and we'd really appreciate the opportunity to get everything working properly for you.

With regards to uninstalling, there's no need to edit any code manually. If you follow the uninstall instructions in our help document at https://docs.stationmade.com/article/57-uninstall-tabs then all of the app code will be removed automatically.

Messed up my template after being deleted. Now I cannot get rid of description tab! Plus keep in mind that it's paid app, free option is just 1 tab, which has no point

Hi,

We checked your shop and the tabs code is completely gone so it looks like the automatic uninstaller worked properly. Our support team never received any contact or responses from you so we’ll assume the issue is resolved.

The free plan includes an unlimited number of specific tabs (it’s only the shared tabs that are limited - that’s clearly shown on the app listing page prior to installing) and from what we can see on your product pages there wouldn’t be any need for you to upgrade. The ‘Instructions’, ‘In the box’ and ‘Note’ sections can all be made with specific tabs (free) and the reviews can be put into a single shared tab for all products (also free).

If you ever decide to give the app another try then just let us know, we’ll be happy to help set up the tabs for you.

THE WORST, DIDNT LIKE IT SO I REMOVED THE APP AND IT COMPLETELY REWROTE MY CODING IN MY STORE HAD TO COMPLETELY RESTART DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Thank you for the feedback! We’re really sorry to hear about the trouble but with the way that our app works it’s impossible for all of the coding in a store to be rewritten.

We didn’t see any support requests from you and we tried reaching out but didn’t receive any responses to our emails.

It was very important to us that we determine exactly what caused the problem so that we could make any necessary fixes to our app; however, when we looked into it we found that the issue was actually due to a different app that didn’t uninstall itself properly.
