This app works wonders. Not only does it save an incredible amount of time tagging customers, orders, and products, but it does some amazing workflows and things you can't do natively in Shopify, but integrates seamlessly. Aamir's customer service is also awesome and he's quick to respond to questions, help, or new feature requests. 10/10.

Axis Tango

This app does exactly what I need in my shop - automatically tags products, orders, and customers per specified conditions. The templates library is helpful if you want to use a workflow that has already been preset, or you can develop your own template. I needed a specific condition that is important for my store to run smoothly and Aamir was very helpful in making sure it was set up correctly. I tried several other tagging apps but this one is by far the most robust and also easy to use. Definitely 5 stars!
