We are using this app for a long time. It helps us automate a lot of processes by using tags effectively. When we needed help, the support replied very quickly and they were very helpful. They also found some creative ways to accomodate our out of the ordinary needs.

Very powerful app, easy to use, can use other apps to acheive similar outcomes but the Auto tag UI will save considerable resource time.
Most solutions can be built in seconds, other apps can take hours to work out how to achieve the same aim, i've scoped out the possibility of switching and very quickly realised this it by the best option out there and worth the usage cost.
The support team are also very helpful which you dont get elswhere, im sure with their can do approach there wouldnt be anything you cant achieve.

Amazing customer service and support provided from this team. This app is very important for our business it saves us alot of admin time by adding notes to the order to help our accounts team POS out our sales faster by knowing how our customers paid for orders. it also tags orders so we are alerted for express etc. highly recommend
