It worked great, but the Google reviews feed was removed from the free plan with no warning..... just happened to check my site, and the page this app was supposed to be on was a big box that said I needed to upgrade my plan.

The instructions to install were great but our shopify page was slightly different. One quick message to Tagembed and they sorted it out within 12 mins. One happy customer! Needless to say, the feed looks fantastic and keeps our page current.

Tagembed are an incredible addition to our website. We wanted something interactive and engaging to replace the video on our homepage. The app does what it says, but I had a hard time trying to get any support. It's as if the support team has left the building ! I emailed them probably 4 times, and even after upgrading to the pro plan, the emails still go unanswered. Regardless, I figured it out. After upgrading, you must remove any widgets you created during the trial period and then create new ones for any of the new features to work. I hope the support team is there if there is real trouble.

Fulfills the need and stands on the expectations - I have been using Shopify for a long time and am always eager to find apps to amplify the functionality and beauty of my store. I am delighted that I was able to find it. It is easy to use, set up, and the best part is, it provides great customer support to resolve customization-related concerns.
