Works well with great customer technical support when needed. Social post look professional when placed in website. Been using for over a year.
It worked great, but the Google reviews feed was removed from the free plan with no warning..... just happened to check my site, and the page this app was supposed to be on was a big box that said I needed to upgrade my plan.
Rahul Singh helped me from start to end to get the things done. Very helpful support team.
A bit confusing to use, but some of the customer service reps are very helpful while others not. Overall, a good experience.
The instructions to install were great but our shopify page was slightly different. One quick message to Tagembed and they sorted it out within 12 mins. One happy customer! Needless to say, the feed looks fantastic and keeps our page current.

Tagembed are an incredible addition to our website. We wanted something interactive and engaging to replace the video on our homepage. After lots of research, we opted for a social media plugin and Tagembed had what we wanted. Their support is second to none, they're always on hand to help with tricky CSS and styling. The app does what it says, but I had a hard time trying to get any support. It's as if the support team has left the building ! I emailed them probably 4 times, and even after upgrading to the pro plan, the emails still go unanswered. Regardless, I figured it out. After upgrading, you must remove any widgets you created during the trial period and then create new ones for any of the new features to work. I hope the support team is there if there is real trouble.
