teelaunch: Print on Demand

Teelaunch has been a valuable partner in my business for several years. Print quality is excellent for DTG printing and the quality District Made shirts are loved by my customers for their softness and fit. Mugs and phone cases are relatively new to the app and the print quality is superb! Looking forward to the new products they will be adding to the app. Using the app is easy and takes the worry out of fulfilling orders.

The majority of my orders are filled quickly, typically within 3-5 business days and sometimes quicker. Add a few days during the busy holiday season.

Customer service is very responsive and provide personal care. Misprints happen once in a while, as they do with any fulfillment company I've worked with, but Teelaunch is always quick to provide a replacement and fix the issue. Nobody can beat their prices allowing me to provide quality products at a fair price to my customers.

I feel valued as a Teelaunch client. It's evident by their responsiveness to my needs that my business is important to them!

I love this company! While the cost of products/shipping is a little higher than other competitors, their products are easy to design/upload and their customer service is top notch. I literally can ask them any question and get a response within the hour, it's great! Definitely recommend them if you are looking into a POD company for your store.

I used this app to create products for my store and am very happy with it. It's straightforward and easy to use. I like being able to create more than one item, using the same graphic, at once.

To all those reading reviews... I want to express how exceptional both the product and customer service at Teelaunch are. I initially ordered some metal art samples and I was pleasantly surprised by the top notch quality. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such an impressive outcome, and I was so thrilled that I couldn't help but show everyone for an entire week how wonderful the product was. However, I did encounter a shipping problem along the way. Luckily, my customer service representative, Anthony, was there to assist me. He was incredibly personable and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His communication skills were outstanding, and his positive and uplifting attitude made a significant difference. I couldn't have asked for a better partner for my store. I want to extend my gratitude to Teelaunch as a whole, and especially to Anthony!

I´ve been working with the teelaunch integration for 3 months now, and I have only positive feedback to give. Great processing time, great automatic integration with shopify, and most important, great customer service.
