Definitely 5 STARS Hands Down!!!! All of the agents that were assisting me with my banner issue were AWESOME!!!! They followed-up with me several times to let me know that they were handling my issue.
Even when I might have forgotten to respond back to them....they continue to reach out to me until my matter was resolved.

Jeff killed it! I had a quirky issue after doing some theme modifications to my store and Jeff popped in and fixed it and pushed it live for me all while I was on the road just checking in on email. The GWP function is a life safer. Customer Service is thorough, fast and complete. Highly recommend.

Just downloaded the app, it was easy to set up and very intuitive. A great way to let people know about free shipping and drive up baskets!
Love it! I combined my promotion with the Product Upsell App, so a free item is added to the customer's cart once they have spent a specified amount. The Motivator is a great way to tell them about the offer and it lets them know how close they are to receiving the free product.
I have been very impressed with the Motivator app, it is a great fit with my free shipping over offer. The Motivator app really helps to keep the offer in the mind of the customer throughout their visit as well as having a professional non invasive look.
Installation was a breeze and setting up the promotion and customising the display settings was very intuitive.
Best of all though was the support, Shappify responded to any requests for help very quickly, solved my problems and were a pleasure to deal with.
Wonderful!! Its defiantly motivating customers to spend more.
