Very nice and helpful app. I was struggling because my TikTok pixel events were not being sent to the TikTok Events Manager. I was basically flying blind with my ads, not receiving any data, and everything was so messed up. Then I came across this app, and it made things so easy for me. With this app, I can now comfortably launch campaigns and scale.

Surprisingly, the customer support team was very helpful, fast, and efficient.
On the other hand, my experience with TikTok customer service has been extremely disappointing. I've been waiting for over a month to get an issue resolved, and I still don't have an answer. Most of the time, the live agents seem to copy and paste template responses without actually addressing the issue, which is very frustrating. The whole process has been time-consuming and disappointing.

This app reports events better than native Tiktok app. I've tested a lot. Like it. The support team is also on top rate. They made customization for my cart drawer very fast.

Extremely easy to use, even for those who aren't technically inclined like myself, can easily set up pixels in just a few steps. When using the pixel with the app, the campaign tracking is quite accurate, it's much more reliable compared to other pixel-setting methods I've tried before. The support team and technical team have been very helpful, providing specific assistance based on settings in my TikTok and Shopify accounts instead of giving generic responses. Highly recommend!
