God awful. The app does not at all work as it is supposed to. Every video I try to add does not upload no matter if i make sure that it is 100% perfect in format. Multiple videos tried and none the less it still does not work. Do not waste your time with this app you are better of going organic. If these issues were resolved then the app has great potential. Until then this app is a waste of everyone's time.

I even can not open tiktok Ads. Besides I can not open tiktok accounts link, I'm very sad.
and I make a video of my product and paid ads fee, but no one clicked....

Obwohl ich die Kampagne deaktiviert habe, wurde mir trotzdem weiterhin Gld abgezogen. Teilweise 20 - 50 € täglich. Ich will mein Geld zurück!!

almost impossible to set up or get support... our business details keep getting denied for no reason. disappointing... let small businesses sell on TikTok!!

Awful. Not able to connect my Shopify store to TikTok and the support from TikTok is some of the worse bare minimum responses I have ever experienced.

Really buggy. I signed up for £36 of ads credit off the bat and then had huge issues setting my pixel & account up to actually be able to spend the credit. Support forms don't work on web or mobile. The link to customer support on the invoice doesn't work. I had to disconnect my account and create a new one. I then submitted a brand new ticket, clicked send and everything I'd written disappeared. Fed up of going round in circles and hoping one of my messages has got through as I'd like a refund on the original account. I was excited about using the Tiktok channel and was hoping to take advantage of the welcome offer but I'm now dubious about using this it at all because the support is so bad/buggy.

As a new advertiser, I installed this app and noticed that my target country is set incorrectly to Singapore. I wrote to their client support to request them to change to the USA as where most of my customers are based. I received an insulting and short reply asking me to reach out to their USA client team instead without helping me with how to reach out to the right team to solve my problem. I find that their client service team is very SILO'ed, and they don't talk to each other. From this bad experience, I allocated my advertising budgets to Google Shopping and Facebook Ad. It's their loss for losing my advertising budget, and they deserve a 1-star poor rating!
