Got stuck on the phone number. The system automatically populate with hyphens. Kept getting error code but would not tell me what it was. Spent time trying to find out. Did several things people said to try. Finally I just decided to remove the hyphens. It worked. Wasted an hour figuring this out. A notice saying no to use hyphens would have been nice.
Seems ok so far. I will be better able to rate after using for at least 30 days.
The setup steps are easy to follow however, when you are linked to another site like Shopify- TikTok automatically scans your site for all products and posts them without you choosing what to post on TikTok so it was a scramble to get control over that as I have many items for sale that I don't necessarily want on TikTok due to the 3 day turn around rule.
I set this up on my new Shopify store. It seemed to integrate quite easily. (Compared to other ad apps). My first campaign is under review. That was pretty easy to set-up as well. I will know more after seeing what the analytics show me.
it was really easy to understand and they put no like embarrasing trick like a fake ads
Had issues trying to set up for months. But it looks like the setup has been greatly improved. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here.
It's a very confusing setup. I'm never sure when or if my store is active. Adding products is unclear. It seems like there should be an easier way to set up a store.
Need to make more better (or best automated) category synchronisation from Spotify to TikTok
It has been a great platform so far to help me reach my target audiences. And I am yet learning the platform to build my audience and share my content.
Found a way in the end. I initially struggled, lots information and recommendations that can caused confusion. I also tried to follow videos on YouTube, that only added more confusion, lots of conflicting advice and sales oriented contents.
