I didn't have too many obstacles in setting up the app. As a first time user, it wasn't any more difficult than setting up others apps. The more you delve into the syncing process the easier it gets. I am looking forward to my time on TikTok.

The app works great. I would appreciate to have more methods of payment than credit/debit card. For example Shopify credits? or Paypal?

Would be a 5 star but difficulty navigating and creating first campaign
**EDIT**: I am changing my review because I have been able to get things to work. The syncing since fixing the problem has been optimal. Our orders do not go through the app into shopify but I would give a 5 star review if they did.
Installed the app at the beginning of December. We mainly sell planners and journals. Three of my products are rejected for belonging to a "banned" industry but I can't find anything about planners and journals being banned. Contacted Tik Tok support and for two months have been trying to figure out how planners and journals are prohibited. Already appealed once, no notification about it, and can't appeal again even though the only thing customer support can tell me is to appeal it.
I also put $20 down for the holiday deal but can't advertise our main products....

Setup was simple
Overall, great workflow....
The "Create Pixel" link was unclear, in that It should have indicated a Pixel had already been created, and nothing further was required. I now have two Pixels (one unused)
