I would like to give your poor instruction A VERY BIG ZERO. Verifying My ID took days to be completed. it gave me anxiety and I was very stressed out. It has nothing to do with my intelligence as much as it has everything to do with your POOR INSTRUCTIONS. You should be clear about verification should happen with both a mobile and laptop, not one or another. Please try to give CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, PREFERABLY STEP BY STEP INSTUCTIONS to avoid anxiety which is unnecessary. Thank you.

Me siento estafado con esta aplicacion, necesito que los administradores de esta app me contacten y arreglen para hacerme un reembolso de mi dinero porque no me sirvio de nada y gaste serca de 100 dolares en menos de 3 dias.

I feel scammed with this application, I need the administrators of this app to contact me and arrange to make me a refund of my money because it was of no use to me and I spent about 100 dollars in less than 3 days.

0 Stars App is BS. Can't get approved no matter what documents you upload and takes days to just get declined over and over again. Sucks! I don't recommend at all!

Horrid!!!!!!! I had an account on shopify but i tried connecting through mobile tiktok account and realized i made two instead of one. I Couldn't unlink or delete the second account. So i placed my husband phone number and finally unlinked second seller from tiktok. Now i cant link my tiktok to my first seller because the second account still doing verification and when verification fails, since another account exists, it still does not allow me to connect because of it. NO OPTION TO STOP OR DELETE VERIFICATION< NO OPTION TO DELETE ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE VERIFIED COMPANY INFO>WON"T CONNECT TO ANOTHER SELLER ACCOUNT DESPITE BEING DISCONNECTED FROM ANOTHER. in all to say, IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY MAKE ANOTHER ACCOUNT YOURE SCREWED AND HAVE TO THROW THE WHOLE TIKTOK AWAY!!!!!

This app is horrible. It loads painfully slow. Inventory doesn't sync, product syncing is just a mess in general. Terribly designed.

Support is non-existent. 60 of my 84 products imported without dimensions. Extremely hard fix. Not fun experience. Sell somewhere else first before here. BAD BAD BAD BAD

Keep asking for ein verification I have done it 7 times info is correct ,and no telephone number to call and see what problem is and get fixed. Still not registered geuss 3 bank account 147c and drivers license renewal not enough

Objetivamente la aplicación es muy mala para un país como Colombia, no ves resultados, cuesta mucho el día y nunca sabes si la gente vio la campaña o no, no la recomiendo, no pierdan el dinero por lo menos en Colombia.
