Laura was really helpful when I needed assistance with the booking system today. Despite the time difference she managed to figure out what I'd missed and get me the help I needed. This is often the case whenever I've needed assistance. The updates have caught me off guard a few times when things have changed but Laura has always got me back on track promptly.
Loading the calendar and checking appointments can sometimes feel a bit long winded (my staff struggle to check appointments without me) but the app generally works well for my business.
I was having some issues customizing the app and customer service was very helpful and prompt. Resolved my issue in less than 24 hours.
I am very impressed with this app. It's perfect for my Christmas event bookings. It's customisable, works well and is easy for the customer to understand.
I asked for something specific to be changed with the app and Laura was so helpful. I got a quick response and the developers actually made modifications for me overnight. If something doesn't work perfectly for you, ask for a bit of help and you will get it.

Love how easy this app is. We did run into some configuration issues but Laura from the team helped us resolve them in no time! Highly recommend!
The app works well. Could be a bit more user friendly as it's quite tricky to work out where it gets its inputs from for the info used in the booking. I'm using it to allow hosts to book our room for workshops so a little different to how most people use it probably. The chat help feature is good and they always resolve any problems I have within 24 hours.
It is great for the price. We make it work for what we need and the customer service is great. Issues are resolved really quickly.
The Tipo team, especially Laura, are excellent and helped us customise our booking app exactly as we needed. Since they have a large time difference to the US, it takes a day to get responses, but as long as you tell them exactly what you need, they will work on it while you are off line and have edits ready for you to see when you check back in. The app itself is perfect for what we need and can customise beautifully with your website.
