The app is really simple to add to your Shopify store page. We have upgraded our plan and now have the ability to add in Extra Fields (questions with check boxes, open text boxes, radio buttons etc) at the end of the booking process which allows us to retrieve any information we require from the customer - really useful tool!
we found this app a little difficult to start with - more down to our low-level of tech knowledge, however we reached out for support. The support given was great and we were quickly using the booking system for our framing service during the pandemic. It worked really well.
A very useful tool, that does everything exactly as described. It does take some working out how to set up initially so be sure to look up the documentation before getting frustrated, stick with it and you'll be glad you installed it. If you get too stuck with set up their customer service is also prompt and helpful.
Works perfectly! And customer service is very swift to help with any challenges. We have already started booking appointments!

2 months later, Tipo Appointment Booking still working seamlessly on our store! Had a bit of a challenge after editing variants, sent an email and they were available to help us sort it out immediately! Thank you Tipo Team!
Best Free plan compared to all other apps! The only thing is customer support can be slow at times. Still 5/5 because of the quality of the app.
We're using this app for treatment bookings and so far the app is working well. Once we'd learned our way around the app it's been working great. One feature request is that it would be great to allow customers to reschedule a booking themselves in the front end. Other than that, very impressed!
I switched to Tipo from Easy Appointments and I'm so glad i did! The platform is super easy to set up and install, it looks great and i know my clients will love it! Their customer service is top notch too! Thank you Tipo!
I just installed this app. While setting up I had an issue, contacted support and customer service replied very quickly. The issue is resolved and I’m looking forward to using this app! Thank you for good support!
Few small issues setting it up and still learning the app but the support has been awesome and quick feedback. Actual app: 4 star. Support: 5 so far.
Could be better does have some glitches in the system with overbooking. I wish there was another way to see grouped names instead of clicking on every appointment. It gets the job done.
