I've had great expereinces with Tipo Appointment and the team behind it. The feature set accomplishes far more than advertised and was the only app I found to meet our needs.

Additionally, thjis app does receive regular updates so I appreciate that ongoing effort for improvements are made beyond simply keeping up with forced changes Shopify itself may require on the backend.

When challenges do arise, I generally get a response within 24hours and sometimes faster depending on time of day. Their team is worth working with, so I encourage use of their suppot system instead of just getting mad and uninstalling it if something is not working as expected.

I am very satisfied with this appointment booking app, as it has some benefits that other booking apps I've used don't have. I got excellent help from Laura when I had some technical difficulties, love that it's a real life person and not an AI bot!

This app is incredible! The UI is clean and simple, things are easy to find, there's a ton of editing options that just make sense. I run a catering business and It's just about everything I could ask for in an appointment app. The plan pricing is reasonable as well. Now for the best part of my Tipo experience and the whole reason I'm writing this review, is the customer support. I don't have many problems, but when I do I contact them and they fix my issues perfectly and make it looks like it's easy. I want to give a shout out to Laura specifically, she's a delight and it just gives me confidence for the future in using this app if I ever encounter more problems. Definitely recommend giving them a shot!

Laura was really patient and she and the dev team worked out my issue I was having with having the Book Now widget appear on my new services-based website. I appreciated the screenshot and link she sent over. They'll help me going forward. Links are good because it saves you time and frustration trying to look for information. Having a Tipo team member just cut to the chase of what I needed to focus on. I was told good thing about the Tipo Booking Appt app and I like that the customer service team was so responsive. H=

Setting up the app was easy, however I ran into some issues with the widgets on some pages. Contacted support, spoke to Laura, and the team solved it in a short time. Great experience so far !
