We are still in the early stages of launching our customer referral program using Toki but I had to review to say that Elise and her team could not be more responsive to our questions and needs onboarding the platform. They have been very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and eager to help and accommodate.
Toki has been pretty amazing so far. For the past few years we've been looking for a good rewards + loyalty + referral system, finally we found this one with ALL the features we want. All the settings are easy to navigate, the interfaces for front-end and back-end are very pleasant to use.
Although the pricing can get hefty if you want all the features, but there are options to start easier and then progress into more advanced functionalities. The only suggestion I have so far is to have a longer trial period for new users, there are so many things to configure, it's not an easy task for any small business to complete within two weeks time.
We are very looking forward to launch our membership program with Toki's help.

Toki has been a really excellent partner as we explore our entry into Loyalty and Referral. Elise and her team have been extremely accommodating and receptive to feedback, often building our requests directly into their product roadmap. We've ben focused on referral first, and I'm exciting to expand our Loyalty program next!

The Toki team has made app integration and marketing seamless for us! We had a vision for our memberships program, but couldn't quite bring it to life on our own. We are super thankful for all their help throughout this process.

Can't say I recommend, sadly. Saw the positive reviews and decided to give it a go, but even with help from their team it still was far too complicated to set up and get working. I reached out to the team to see if they could help since they're seemingly very new, and I assumed still working out some bugs.
It ended up being way easier to go with Yotpo loyalty and I don't recommend this app at all. Plus the team, while helpful, just doens't know what they're doing.
Hey Lea! Our team got on 3 onboarding calls with you and spent 10 hours setting up the most optimized loyalty program for Pig of the Month (rewarding for purchases, socials, etc). They designed a full rewards page with your branding, a customer Loyalty Account page and a wallet widget.
Our time as a small company is valuable, just like yours, but unfortunately we can't spend so much time with a company and do so much for them for free. We wish you would have come to us with your concerns prior as we certainly would have done anything in our power to help. You did not show any dissatisfaction on our calls making this a confusing situation for our team. We wish you the best!
