Tolstoy AI Shoppable Video UGC

We've had great success with this app. I've also just jumped off a training call with Earl to show us how the AI features works. We will definitely be utilising this going forwards.

The team at Tolstoy is PHENOMENAL! This is the first app and integration for our website that I have ever used where the team and the developers go above and beyond to help you. We've been utilizing Tolstoy for several years, and have never once had an issue that the team did not immediately resolve for us. Mikaela and every developer on this team are a model of greatness for all website integrations. You will not be disappointed, Tolstoy is the way to go.

Looks great! Had issues at first with our theme not having blocks/sections, contacted support and they installed it on our website in a few hours. Mikaela was our support representative and she was incredibly helpful throughout everything. Very easy to work with, didn't need much from us to install the widget. Excited to see how this performs for us : )

We’ve had a very positive experience with Tolstoy’s Customer Success Manager, Emmanuel, and the technical team.

They are highly responsive and quick to act. While we encountered some setup issues initially, any bugs were resolved promptly, with clear recaps and updates provided throughout. Communication was always polite and easy to follow.

Emmanuel has been especially supportive, patiently guiding us through the platform step by step. Even without being very familiar with Shopify or the platform at the start, we felt well supported and confident using it.

The AI studio also performs very well, producing more stable outputs than other AI tools we’ve tried and saving us time in post-production. Overall, Tolstoy is a platform we’d recommend.

Tolstoy support and Earl specifically have been consistently helpful and prompt in assisting us. Earl has taken the time to have multiple training video calls with us and explained all the uses of the platform thoroughly. He has answered all of our questions and investigated errors when (rarely) needed. I'm extremely grateful for Earl's time and care. Super impressive product and more impressive team. They really go out of their way to listen to customer feedback, ideas and business problems and then quickly ship solutions. They're on their way to becoming our full AI suite of tools 

The app is good, but all the extended functions are not worth the extortionate variable costs this app generates.

Buyer beware - keep a very close eye on your impressions and expect hefty monthly fees for that usage.

We have chose to remove the app in favour of less functional alternatives that offer the core functions we needed at 1/10th the price.
