I had a minor issue with Shopify product variants not displaying after switching the language, using the Transcy app.

It took us a while to get everything related to translating a complex custom theme into 10 languages organized and live, but the Transcy team was incredibly responsive and helpful at every step of the way. Excellent support, nothing beats theirs. Great features.
Only con is that it is maybe a little bit expensive compared to competitors. Wish the growth and premium plan was the same at the price of growth.
But great reliable application. And support is 10/10 (I have used them the support a lot hahaha)

It has been great. Some bugs and issues but I think that has to do more with our outdated theme and the support staff like Anne are super fast and helpful with their responses
