I had a minor issue with Shopify product variants not displaying after switching the language, using the Transcy app.

The support team were easily available through live chat, responded to me within minutes, and had the issue resolved shortly after. Fantastic level of support, I am very happy with our decision to use Transcy for our Japanese online store.

It took us a while to get everything related to translating a complex custom theme into 10 languages organized and live, but the Transcy team was incredibly responsive and helpful at every step of the way. With the combination of real time translation but the ability to manually translate almost everything, it has worked out to be a perfect solution for our organization.

Excellent support, nothing beats theirs. Great features.

Only con is that it is maybe a little bit expensive compared to competitors. Wish the growth and premium plan was the same at the price of growth.

But great reliable application. And support is 10/10 (I have used them the support a lot hahaha)

The interface and UX can be a bit daunting at first but the results are solid and the support is exceptional, always available, quick to respond and go above and beyond to solve issues, even when dealing with custom code.

It has been great. Some bugs and issues but I think that has to do more with our outdated theme and the support staff like Anne are super fast and helpful with their responses

I’ve been using this translation app, and it’s been fantastic! The app is really intuitive and easy to use, making translations quick and accurate. Had some minor issues with the app and then contacted their support and Polaris was extremely fast on fixing the problem and keeping me updated about it. I'm very pleased with their service and the actual app does translate very well ! I'd recommend in a heartbeat

Transcy has been a huge help in setting up languages and currencies for my Shopify store. The app is easy to use and offers a lot of customization options — I was able to match the switcher colors and style perfectly to my store design.
