Without Joyce, we wouldn't have been able to use the app. Despite our limited proficiency in English, Joyce understood our intentions and responded promptly and appropriately. I had added a few different product review apps, but I really didn’t like how they worked. I decided to try and look again and came across this app. It was super straightforward and easy to use and understand. I liked that it was free and there are no hidden cost. I was having a bit of difficulty getting it onto my store as this is all very new to me so I reached out to customer service, and I received a response almost immediately, and from there forward the service I received was absolutely unreal. Joy was a literal joy to work with. I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend this app for many reasons, but especially the customer service. They are prompt, efficient, and super friendly.
