I am just starting with this app but so far the customer service has been spectacular. Aarav got online quickly and helped me set up the app and even tried to help me with my previous app that closed for business without warning. Hopefully I will have a good and long relationship wit this app.

The application is very ergonomic and easy to use and much cheaper than its competitors. However I regret the fact that I can't import xls files of reviews. When the developers will add this feature it will be a 5 stars.

The application has a clean user interface and allows me to import from AliExpress with the free plan which is exactly what I was looking for. Ebrahim got the app integrated into my website within 15 minutes of me connecting the app when competitors were going to get back to me in several hours for their integration.
