Their customer service is simply awesome, our theme has videos on the collection page, and they adapted the code so that we could maintain this feature.

This app is easy to handle and most of all I really appreciate the outstanding support. They really offer any kind of needed customization and totally understand what we as a retailer need. If you want an easy to use search and filter option, wann add some extras like Wishlists or Quick View etc. - this is the app to go. Most helpful app we're actually using and by far the best support. This app and the entire team is absolutely amazing!!! Nancy has been the biggest help with everything possible and beyond (including page speed!). I am extremely lucky to have found such a great app that not only works but the customer service is incredible. I tried several other search apps before and didn't really see the value added. With ultimate search the feature that shows the color variant when you search for "yellow ribbon" and displays the yellow image, is beyond words amazing. I've tried this on several pages and will keeping doing so.

Customer service really is great. Very responsive and fast to answer any questions that I have. Unlike other apps where they sometimes just send you links to fix any issues yourself, they are always willing to just get in and help, which I really appreciate!
