App wasn't compatible with our theme (cart overlapped and wasn't usable) so we disabled it. Despite this, we were still charged for 2 months before we realized and uninstalled it completely. Make sure to completely uninstall the app to avoid being charged even if it's disabled.
Upcart is a fantastic app that gives us lots of tools to improve customer experience on-site. Support is always fast and helpful, shout-out to Aina who quickly fixed an issue we recently had with the up-sells. Would recommend for any store
