Great app with responsive support team!
We've been using UpCart for a while now and it's been working really well. The cart drawer looks clean, the upsell features are intuitive, and it's easy to customize to fit our store’s needs. I started with AfterSell about two months ago, which, truthfully, blew me away with the AOV increase that happened, literally, immediately. So I decided to give UpCart a shot... and like most founders, we're quite particular on how things are displayed on our site.
After much self-troubleshooting, Hailey solved a super important UX wish that I couldn't seem to solve on my own. Better yet, she solved in a matter of minutes with such a fun, upbeat attitude. It's so rare to find companies that truly go above and beyond to make sure us shop owners are getting our dream tools – but not with Hailey at UpCart. She cares which means the company DNA is rooted in care.
It's experiences like these that have already turned me into a life-long customer. I know this team has my back today and 5 years from now. Truly amazing experience.

Best solution I've found for my cart. Personally works better than anything I've had custom coded as well. Fitting the full screen on mobile and easy upsells. It's exactly what I was looking for.
Fast customer support, quite literally instant responses. And always able to provide a solution but also the reasoning behind it. Nothing but great positives to say about Upcart.

Great support! I had some issues with the cart drawer not working properly on the Sense theme, but Michelle quickly helped me get everything resolved. Really happy it's now fully compatible. Thanks again!

I'd give 0 reviews if I could. Expensive, mediocre app with the worst customer service I've ever seen in the Shopify app store. I asked for support on a very simply issue, but it has not been solved after almost two weeks. When asking support to help me I always get a copy-paste answer that's totally useless. I'm going to look for a different app with good support. Definitely not recommended.
Lillian from UpCart support team was the best thing that happened to my life! She was super kind and understanding of my situation and made sure I was set up correctly.
