I was very confused when I start using this app then I reached out to the customer service team for further help Patti was one of the customer service team member she was amazing Teach me every thing step by step even send me video how to fix thing in app highly recommend this app

Great app! Upped my AOV by quite a bit, highly recommend if you have bundled items like tracksuits. Jacinda was super helpful and very responsive when one of my customers was having a problem checking out. She found an issue in my code and we got it fixed super quick. I really appreciate the speedy customer service as it limits the time it takes to solve problems in my business. A+!!

So far I’m really impressed with UpCart. The layout is super clean and intuitive, which made setup a breeze. I’ve run into a couple of hiccups, but every time support—whether through the AI or a real person—handled it quickly. My store’s not live yet, so I can’t speak to results just yet, but the experience has been smooth and I’m excited to see how it performs once we launch.

app stopped working , alot of glitches, free gifts not working, text all over the place. customer support does not exist. there is one agent switching between dozens of merchants. run away!

1/5 - Disappointing Experience

This app is full of bugs that never seem to get fixed. They promise improvements, but the same issues persist, making it frustrating to use. On top of that, the customer support is terrible – no real solutions. It feels like the developers don’t care about user feedback. Definitely not worth the hassle. Avoid it if you can!
