We were experiencing a high volume of customers having issues with their mobile and Ipad purchases because of a Chrome update preventing changes in qtys and not adding upsells.

Patti was very helpful and solved the problem efficiently ( and completely!). We're very happy to be able to get back to normal BFCM sales!

I have just installed and set up this APP and half an hour in I am already obsessed! Wow! So many great functions. This is going to be good. So easy to set up. Customer service so helpful. But I did this mostly myself (which is rare!)

Jacinda from UpCart saved the day! I had spent days trying figure out how to combine Buy X, Get Y (Gift with Purchase / Reward Spend Thresholds) with subscriptions and also allow product-level discounts to apply to the subscriptions too. The solution was complex but the gist is to not use Buy X, Get Y in Shopify, but rather make a 100% off product discount with a minimum QTY of 1, make that product hidden from your store, then use UpCart to add the product to your cart. Works perfectly in all scenarios!

Extrêmement déçu par le support client et technique.

Nous utilisons cette application depuis 8 mois et en avons largement dépendu. Jusqu’à présent, tout fonctionnait bien malgré quelques bugs techniques qui sont apparus au fil du temps. Cependant, l’équipe de l’application n’a jamais vraiment cherché à nous aider, et nous avons dû trouver des solutions par nous-mêmes.

Depuis 4 jours, un problème majeur empêche l’affichage de nos images, du carrousel et de l’affichage mobile, en raison d’un conflit entre l’application et notre thème. Après avoir contacté les développeurs du thème, ils nous confirment que le souci vient de l’application et nous renvoient vers leur support. De leur côté, l’équipe de l’application rejette la responsabilité sur le thème, sans chercher à proposer la moindre solution.

L’assistance est décevante et manque de professionnalisme. L’application est utile, mais lorsqu’un problème survient, il n’y a aucun accompagnement sérieux. Notre taux de conversion a été divisé par trois, et malgré cela, on nous répond simplement que l’application n’a pas changé. Certes, mais lorsqu’on paie pour un service, il est normal qu’il fonctionne ou, à défaut, que l’on nous apporte une solution concrète.

Comme souvent sur Shopify, les thèmes et applications se multiplient pour engranger des profits, mais l’assistance technique est rarement à la hauteur. Ils sollicitent facilement des avis pour gonfler leur note, mais dès qu’un problème sérieux survient, peu d’entre eux se montrent réellement efficaces.

This app stood out to me because it had a mark "built for shopify". Truly everything works perfect and the service? top notch. John was very quick to help me out with the few additions I wanted to add to my cart. 10/10 Recommend!
